Please request your administrator for access to the Payment Analytics Application. You should receive an invitation email from Microsoft to authorize your user to be added to the NCR domain as a guest user. Once you have redeemed the invitation you may login to app.powerbi.com with the same credentials approved by your administrator. If you have never logged in to PowerBI with your authorized credentials, then you may be redirected to create a new user presence on Microsoft PowerBI. Once you have access to PowerBI you can direct to the Payment Analytics Application
Please ensure you have completed the steps described under the section "How do I access Reports?" After completing the sign up process please allow for a couple hours for the systems to synchronize your account. If you still have issues after 24 hours please send a email request for assistance to Payments Support
When a user signs up for this application, the user authentication information like email or phone number are stored in the user's account for the NCR tenant. If the authentication method for a user is changed on the user's tenant, the values are not copied over to the NCR tenant and must be synced. The user can reach out to the admin authorized to reset them or click on this self service link to sync the authentication information.
